Team at The Logical Buyer have compiled an exhaustive and comprehensive list of Group Housing projects in Noida.
List has been prepared region wise and separates projects in few major regions like:- Noida Expressway, Sector 7x, City Center, Sector 117 to 121 area. We have further categorized them based on their completion status. Projects can be sorted on the basis of their completion status.
Use search option to search by project/sector/region/builder name etc. You can also sort the data or increase number of record displayed at once.

Jaypee Krescent homes is missing
Hi,
This list contains ” Hanging Gardens ” by Amrapali in sector-107 also.
I also booked a flat in this project. but there is no “Amrapali Hanging Gradens” project in sector-107. It was launched to just fetch the money from innocent buyers.
Also my money is stuck with Amrapali. they are not refunding my full amount.
I also checked national newspaper ADs, many websites like this before booking the flat, but ……
Please correct the details.

You can add one column for whatsapps group also.
Also, there should be an option so that registered user can say, I bought and it will help creating a group on facebook, if already not available.
Any feedback on Purvanchal Royal Park ? Is registry happening for that project ?
